Course Information:

PALS is geared towards healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, please request a cancellation via email to support@blsclientportal.com at least 24 hours before your course date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a cancellation fee.

Pre-assessment requirements:

Before attending class, please complete the required pre-assessment. Be sure to bring or email a copy of both your completion certificate and test score as proof of completion. This must be done prior to class attendance.

To assist with your preparation, obtain the course book/manual from your facility’s education department. Please bring the book with you to class.
